Last year I was fat, unhappy and unfit. Yes, even with an award-winning food and wellness blog. Oh the cognitive dissonance! Then I got some coaching and quit my job to become self-employed, doing what I love, working remotely and completely free of anyone else's schedule but my own. I quit alcohol. I transformed by body by getting fit and losing 15kg and I spent Winter in California and Mexico in the sun and now I live in Spain where I surf as much as possible. I am Living Intentionally. 



My style of coaching is a professional conversation which focuses solely on you. It's non-invasive, it doesn't make you talk about childhood (But you can if you want) It's solution-focused, forward thinking and based on Positive Psychological evidence-based theory, interventions and techniques.
