Super Fast Guacamole

by - March 11, 2016

This perfectly creamy guacamole takes less than five minutes to whizz together. BOOM! Have it on courgetti, on toast, with breakfast or straight off the spoon; it's versatile and it's yours.

Have it on green leaves at breakfast if you're opting for a carb-free/paleo option. It will act as a thick dressing for the leaves to help them stick together so you don't have to chase them around the plate. It's smooth, creamy texture compliments the crispy salty bacon like a match made in Heaven.

Go for the classic Instagram favourite - Avocado on toast or turn it into an open breakfast sandwich...

I made the first batch with the intention of adding it to courgetti with crispy bacon and tomato, as pictured below and you can find the link to that recipe here soon...

But first let's get down to business!

How to make the creamy green goodness that's so delicious and nourishing you could wear it on your face (probably best to take the chili out first!)

It actually feels calming to eat. Like it's neutralising any anger or negative emotions you may have. I know that sounds a bit airy fairy but it's just very comforting and soothing. Like cream & butter.

Here's what you need to make one jar:

Ingredients:
2 Ripe avocados
25ml Extra Virgin olive Oil
Juice of half a lemon
1 Birds Eye Chilli - stalk removed
Salt & Black Pepper

and whiz whiz whiz!

Stores in the fridge for 1 day :)
