Keto/ Veggie Mushroom Pizzas!

Want to eat a pizza but can't be dealing with the calories/carbs/stodge? 
Grab yo'self a portobello mushroom and load it instead...


All you gotta do is scoop out the inside a bit....


Then chop up some spinach and spring onion....


Bang that in a bowl with some feta, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper....


Spoon some tomato puree onto the hollowed mushrooms....


Then top with a squeezed handful of the green mixture. Press it right down.



Bake on 180 for like 15 mins!



Woop!
