Rudolph's Hangover Cure

Carrot, Apple, Lemon & Ginger Freshly Squeezed Juice
- Because F*** Feeling Fat/Hungover At Xmas


I'm sorry, I do kinda like mince pies but they're not all that. Gimme a chocolate truffle any day (Thanks Becca!) But Christmas is the time to get fat and you don't haaaaave to. Choose your battles wisely - maybe all that booze is more fun than all that chocolate? I'd definitely pick meat, potatoes and booze over the sweet stuff but that's just personal preference. What's your poison? If you love it all and fully embrace it then I salute you! I guess I just like to feel more in control of it than being Santa's fat little bitch.


Anyway, if you have over indulged or are suffering from a hangover, this little number (made by Rudolph himself!) will get your cracking again. Ginger is an anti-inflammatory, meaning it'll help your face be a little less red, your digestion will love it, and it will take away any sickness you may be feeling. 
You do need a juicer - maybe you'll get one for Xmas!? If so, bookmark this page and crack on in the new year when we all really WILL be reaching for the vegetables.

I definitely didn't invent this recipe first - some magic juicer long ago in the 90's probably did so kudos to them!

Ingredients:

4 Carrots
1 Lemon
1 Braeburn Apple
1 inch squared knob of ginger (knob!)


Juice it all, give it a mix, add more or less of any of the ingredients according to taste. Want it sweeter? add more apple. Spicier? more ginger.
