Have it for breakfast, on the go, as a snack, dessert - she serves many a purpose, this one.
I say sugar-free, I sprinkled a touch on the top for a little naughtiness but it's got none in the cake #cheeky
What it HAS got, is lots of protein, fibre & good fat so it'll keep you satisfied for a while.
You will not feel any guilt with such an innocent cake like this! It's perfect for kids too because they won't get wired! Ground almonds are the one. Cheers guys, good job.

INGREDIENTS
125 ml water
2 eggs
2 eggs
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 ripe bananas mashed - I like to do this by hand :)
1 extra banana sliced up for the top
1 extra banana sliced up for the top
225g ground almonds
1 tsp baking powder
coconut oil for lubing up the baking tin - use whatever grease you want, though if you don't have coconut oil
cocoa & muscavado sugar for dusting (optional)
Pre-heat your oven to 180
Mix all the wet stuff together (eggs, water, honey, vanilla, bananas) then mix all the dry stuff together (powder, almonds). Then guess what? Mix the dry stuff into the wet stuff!
Bake on 180 for about 40 mins until it's golden around the edges!
Hope you like it! I'm off to make some food now! WHAT A SURPRISE!
