Home Made Sloe Gin
It's time to go out, get rained on, get muddy, get pricked (cheeky) or enjoy the Autumn sun and stuff a load of sloe berries into a carrier bag so you can get pissed from them. Bottles of this make great Christmas presents too. Sorry to mention the C word but it takes at least two months to mature so you gotta do it ASAP.
Get as many as you can. Freeze them over night then they will BURST.
Then half fill each bottle before topping up with good quality gin

Turn every other day for 2 months minimum then make into a sexy cocktail like this:
