Gluten-Free Easy Salmon Canapes

Smoked salmon
Tiny on-the-vine tomatoes
Boursin garlic and herbs
Little gem lettuce
Cracked black pepper

Cut the salmon into strips. Cut the lil gem into strips.

Layer it like so:

Strip of salmon. Strip of lettuce on top. Blob of boursin in the centre. Pop the tomato on the cheese (it'll hold it in place). Spritz with lime juice and sprinkle with pepper.

Roll up and secure with cocktail stick.

Put on a serving board and spritz more lime to finish.

Happy. Beautiful. Easy. Nutritious. Cheap.
