Grilled Aubergine, Mozerella, Basil and Sundried Tomato Bites
These are ideal to serve guests to keep them sweet before the main event, whatever that event may be!
They've got an Italian vibe and go nicely with a bottle of red wine and chat.  This is a good way to get a load of veg into your canapés.

Have a go:

Thinly slice an aubergine, slap a bit of olive oil on it and then griddle it...
Wrap the aubergine around a nobbin of mozerella, a sundried tomato and a leaf of basil and secure with a cocktail stick...
 
 And Bob's your Uncle!
