PIMPED RYVITA - 5 Toppings to Make it Buffer than Ever

5 delicious ideas for toppings for Ryvita which are ideal as a snack or a lunch.

You would be crackers to not try one of these! Not a huge carb lover; I can deal with Ryvita because it's gluten free, very high in fibre and has a low GI, meaning you'll release energy slower over a period of time, feeling hungry less quickly. It's been fun trying out various toppings and I've taken some lovely photos to inspire you to do the same. Please let me know what you like or any other ideas you have :-)
Let's begin with the badboy salmon...

Smoked salmon on wilted garlicky spinach finished with cracked black pepper and lemon juice

Simply mashed avocado with a little salt and a lot of cracked black pepper

Chilli avocado with poached eggs

Butterbean and tomato mash, olive oil, rocket & chorizo

Hot horseradish, beetroot, watercress, smoked mackerel, lemon and pepper.

P.s. Another great one is feta, mint, black olive tapenade and red onion. Get cracking!
