Mexican Chocolate Mousse
This recipe is piss easy (all you do is put it all in a blender) and the point of this recipe is to show how easy it is to create desserts that are interesting, different and actually beneficial. It's vegan, paleo, gluten-free, and dairy-free. Imagine eating a whole tub of chocolate mousse and then feeling completely guilt-free. Instead of all the thoughts swimming around in your head - shit, so much cream, so much sugar, so much fat etc.... Boys, if you were to make this for your lady for Valentines day, or any time, she would THANK YOU! (cue blowie - cocoa IS an aphrodisiac!)

Have you ever tried warm avocado? how about a baked egg? This is an awesome little brunch that serves a super-healthy paleo diet, is fun to make, interesting and really satisfying.

Let's set the scene. Venice Beach, Los Angeles. Skaters paradise, surfers paradise. Palm trees and blue skies. It's December, you're wearing shorts and t-shirts sitting on the beach eating ice cream.
You're walking up and down the boardwalk marvelling at the fact there's an ACTUAL freak show (WTF) and muscle maniacs from muscle beach just down the road. You hire a skateboard, get drunk skate up and down and then discover a food vendor to die for. "Poke.Poke - The surfer's sashimi". Those two words together? surfing and sashimi? It couldn't be more appealing.

Tasty, light, fresh and raw
We all know that refined white rice is the devil right? well if you don't, here's Graham with a quick reminder: A) it's a carb, meaning that if you don't do LOADS of excersise you will simply convert it into glucose and store it as fat. Want that? didn't think so. B) Brown rice, due to its low GI rate, releases energy a lot slower, so if you are eating carbs (Brown basmati rice is BUFF) and you have the means to burn them off, your body will use it over a longer period of time and you won't feel hungry so quickly.
