Chilli garlic soy sauce and honey on salmon

This marinade is heaven and perfect for when you haven't got time to let the marinade do it's thing, let's face it we all get so hungry we could kill. Noone in that state is going to wait another 2 hours.

Chili, Garlic, Ginger, Soy Sauce, Honey on Salmon

Serves 2

2 salmon fillets
1 clove of garlic finely chopped
1 inch piece of ginger finely shredded
Half a red chilli
Half a green chilli
Table spoon of honey
2 Tablespoons of soy sauce

Mix the chilli, ginger and garlic and pat it onto the salmon. Splash the soy sauce over and dollop the honey over. Fold the salmon up in the tin foil to create a house for it with some space around the fish so that it can steam a little.

Bake on 180 for 6-8 minutes - I like the salmon to be pink and tender in the middle.

I've said it once I'll say it again, 'HEAVEN!'

Serve it with roasted sweet potato chunks and buttered green seasonal veg :)
