2. A HENCH ROAST CHICKEN SANDWICH

Now, listen. The only way to do this, if you're going to indulge, is indulge HARD. GO BIG. LOADS OF CHICKEN, loads of mayonnaise, loads of butter and loads of salt and pepper.

3. CHICKEN BREAST SIMPLE GREEN SALAD

Make up for the heavy roast you had in the previous few days by throwing the chicken meat atop a load of nutritious greens and dress with a vinaigrette. Sometimes simplicity is the most pleasing.

Or spice it up with a buffalo wings hot sauce and blue cheese dip - full details in the cheeky video below:

4. CHICKEN RAMEN

If you really want to pull out all the stops and make a tasty, spicy ramen, it's extremely satisfying, filling and surprisingly easy. It doesn't require that many ingredients, either and you can leave out the noodles if you're wanting to go carbfree/paleo.
