#CookingWithStyle - 7 Multicoloured Meals

7 Multi-coloured recipes to brighten your mood and the dullest of days!

Appreciating the great spectrum of colours afforded to us by Mamma Nature.

What’s Your Cooking Style?

Do you creatively construct something with whatever you have in the house, leading to 'interesting' creations? Or do you strictly follow recipes, keen to jump on new cookbook releases?

Do you make a beautiful mess? Or do you tidy as you go (I am strictly the latter)

Are you somebody who always buys the same shopping to make the same go-to meals (Because why fix something that’s not broken?) Or are you adventurous in the supermarkets?

Do you strive to make things which are aesthetically pleasing or are you of the disposition that it’s the taste and content which matters most, as it will all get mixed together once in your mouth anyway?

If you’re a regular visitor to RR, you’ll know that my signature style is creating healthy, colourful dishes that capture your attention from the offset. Embracing the diversity of all the different hues not only represents more variety of nutrients but it’s a feast for the eyes (quite literally) Click here to read The Benefits Of Eating A Rainbow

I like a minimal kitchen with plenty of space. (I recently put my toaster away in a CUPBOARD because I am not eating bread for January) I'm also a huge fan of silicone and have a silicone collapsible colander and mixing spoon in green to keep things fun. I am a huge believer that having colour around you shouldn't just be limited to children's rooms. We should have colourful houses and offices just like kids do!
I wish I could invest in the beautiful new colourful Belling classic range cookers who are now doing them in pink, red, purple, blue - loads of different colours! I like the decorative style of mostly all white with pops of colour here and there and plenty of plants.

So while you're reflecting on what YOUR cooking style is, let me leave you with seven of my most colourful meals to inspire you to taste the (heathy) rainbow...
