What Can You Do With Eggs?
Did you know that today is National Egg Day here in Brighton? Eggciting stuff eh? Set to be a cracker! yeah. They only take 5 minutes, are nutritious, cheap and EASY. No technical methods required. Boil. Poach. Bake. Fry if you want. Vegetarians can eat them, people trying to lose weight can eat them, people tying to bulk up love them, dogs love them, seagulls love them (seagulls love fag butts too so maybe that's not such a good point) but you get the picture. Oh and they are all paleo too. Clucking hell, you just can't lose! Here are 8 ways you can jazz up your eggs and earn more points towards being a proper egg head.

Again this recipe is completely carb-free, paleo, hangover-be-gone food ideal for weekend brunch or great post work-out food as it's clean and has a high protein content. If you love each separate part of a breakfast as it is. E.g. the peppery buttery mushrooms, the delicate wilted spinach, the burstable egg yolk and the white respectively, this maybe isn't for you but if you're cool with breakfast hashes, give it a go. Also good for keeping in the fridge and reheating quickly in the microwave for weekdays...

You may have seen this before on one of those "cool kitchen hacks" lists or somewhere and wanted to try it but feared it might be too hard, too techical? Either way, it really isn't and it's fun to look at your eggs in their bacon cups, its just hard to eat because you don't want to spoil it haha. It's a creative way to have the weekend English classic: eggs and bacon. Kids and adults alike will love it

Paleo Brunch Idea#2
Everyone loves eggs and bacon in the morning. There are plenty of ways to have it but if you are looking for a no-carb/gluten-free/paleo/healthy option, which is also BUFF then HERE is a creation for YOU.
Apple? you say. Well pork and apple goes together like rain and an umbrella, there's flavour combinations all over. A bite of garlicy mushrooms, spinach and egg, a bite of sharp, sweet apple and smoky bacon. YES and the other texture combinations - the crispy bacon against the soft egg - just make it!
