What Can You Do With Eggs?

Did you know that today is National Egg Day here in Brighton? Eggciting stuff eh? Set to be a cracker! yeah. They only take 5 minutes, are  nutritious, cheap and EASY.  No technical methods required. Boil. Poach. Bake. Fry if you want. Vegetarians can eat them, people trying to lose weight can eat them, people tying to bulk up love them, dogs love them, seagulls love them (seagulls love fag butts too so maybe that's not such a good point) but you get the picture. Oh and they are all paleo too. Clucking hell, you just can't lose! Here are 8 ways you can jazz up your eggs and earn more points towards being a proper egg head.

No point having a separate recipe page for this, it's just a salad essentially topped with a poached egg, salt, pepper and chilli flakes. In my salad is spinach, cucumber, avocado, pickled red cabbage, grated carrot and smoked salmon :)
